Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information CruiseClip collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.

Last updated 23 October 2026

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you bought. Card details are handled by the payment provider at checkout; we never see your full card number.
  • When you sign up for emails: your email address.
  • When you contact us: your name, email and anything you write to us.
  • When you browse: basic technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited, collected by Shopify through cookies so the store and your bag work.

Why we use it

  • to process, post and support your order
  • to answer your questions
  • to send launch and product emails, only if you signed up
  • to keep the store secure and working

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the store:

  • Shopify, which hosts the store and checkout
  • the payment provider used at checkout
  • Australia Post, to deliver your order

Some of these services may store information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We don't sell your personal information.

Emails

We only send marketing emails if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at danielgsanders@icloud.com.

Cookies

Shopify uses cookies so the store, your bag and checkout work, and to measure basic store visits. We don't use advertising trackers at the moment. If that changes, we'll update this policy first. You can block cookies in your browser, but the bag and checkout may not work.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable services with their own security, and we only keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're allowed to. Email danielgsanders@icloud.com or call 0412 984 869.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
